The CCP01 PU cold room panel features a micro-ribbed structure. Nuhpanel’s CCP01 PU product—designated by the code CCP (Climate Control Panels)—is manufactured in compliance with international standards. The CCP01 PU cold room panel has a maximum length of 15.5 meters and is available in seven insulation thickness options: 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 160, 180, and 200 mm.

The effective width of the CCP01 PU cold room panel is 1000 mm, and 0.50 mm thick galvanized steel sheet is used as standard for both the inner and outer surfaces. The thickness of the galvanized steel sheet can be adjusted according to project specifications. RAL9002 polyester paint is applied to the galvanized steel surface. A polyurethane core with a density of 40–42 kg/m³ is used between the two steel sheets. CCP01 PU cold room panels are manufactured with male and female joints, allowing them to interlock easily during assembly. The CCP01 PU cold room panel features a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and offers high thermal insulation performance.
