FIRE RESISTANCE

The PRIZMA Hybrid facade panel features a 7-rib structure and hybrid insulation. Thanks to the PUR/PIR filling material located in the panel's overlap joint (or "ear" section), the PRIZMA Hybrid facade panel prevents the loosening of screw connections that can occur over time. It offers high protection against external elements.

Surface coating options for the PRIZMA Hybrid facade panel include Polyester, PVDF, Plastisol, and DPF. The panel has a maximum length of 15.5 meters and is available in ten insulation thickness options: 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200 mm. In addition to the PUR/PIR filling used in the overlap joint, the PRIZMA Hybrid facade panel is also manufactured with rockwool insulation, providing high acoustic insulation performance.

The rockwool core also provides fire resistance. Rockwool-filled facade panels deliver high performance as cladding materials for structures at risk of fire. The PRIZMA Hybrid facade panel allows for quick and easy installation.
